Last October 23rd 2018, Mr Javier Rui-Wamba Martija gave a speech at the closing event marking the end of the 2017-2018 academic year of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
The event was chaired by the Hon. Mr. Elías Fereres, President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, who gave the opening speech.

The reading of the Annual Report was carried out by the Hon. Mr. Antonio Colino, Secretary-General of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Javier Rui-Wamba presented the Magisterial Conference “20 years later …”. The title refers to year in which Javier Rui-Wamba took possession of the XXXVI Medal in March 1998.
