Last June, the Spanish magazine Equipamiento y Servicios Municipales published an article by Andreu Estany, Director of architecture in Esteyco and Director of the urbanization works of the park and its playground in Sant Andreu, in which he reflected the importance of this great transformation, of the activity of the old Sant Andreu barracks, in the Sant Andreu District in Barcelona, ​​which has allowed the expansion of two important areas of 5 and 6 hectares in the city, integrating the land within the neighborhood and the city ​​.

The park is organized through a large promenade that crosses it from north to south, articulating different spaces with characteristics and elements that specify its uses and activities. In the northern part of the park, in parallel with Gran de Sant Andreu street, a small landscaped hill is created – a viewpoint with trees and bushes in staggered strips – and with a smooth route that offers elevated views over the park and the large space recovered.
