The jury&#8217;s decision was announced on Thursday 13 June.<\/p>\n<p>The ELISA technology consists of a concrete substructure for offshore wind turbines supported on the seabed, whose main characteristics are a self-floating transport foundation incorporating a telescopic tower.<\/p>\n<p>It is the first worldwide offshore wind turbine installed without using large vessels or marine
