director of the Technical Road Association, Alberto Bardesi, introduced Javier Rui-Wamba as a \u201cRenaissance engineer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Javier Rui-Wamba showed a visual itinerary through a selection of images of unique bridges, manifesting \u201cthe circumstances within them\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The act was hosted by Javier Herrero, Road Manager of the Ministry of Development, and organized by the
