Roads 2 + 1 are based on conventional roads with the addition of fast lanes, being also able to establish a physical separation on the directions of traffic.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier Flores, General Manager of Mobility Infrastructures of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Ferran Camps, General Deputy Director of Road Explotation, Luis Bonet, Head of the State Road Demarcation in Catalonia of the Ministry of Development, Rafael L\u00f3pez Guarga, Head of the State Roads Demarcation of Aragon, and Pedro Berruezo, General Deputy Director of Planning, Projects and Road Construction of the Community of
