It is based on such criteria as energy self-sufficiency through renewable sources, its integration in the volcanic landscape and the promotion of high-quality tourism in order to add value to agricultural activity of the area by means of promoting eco-friendly sports activities.<\/p>\n<p>The so-called project \u201cValle La Aldea\u201d has an estimated investment of 150 million of euros and it is located in an area of 170 hectares. This project is aimed at becoming a landmark in the tourism industry of the Canary Islands and the driven force of the tourism expansion in the
