The current station will constitute the South Terminal of the railway complex, and the new terminal will be built north of the platforms.<br \/>\nThe eastward expansion of the current hall and the construction of six new high-speed tracks, continuing with the expansion process of the station currently underway, through which the number of high-speed tracks has increased from 6 to 12 (from 14 to 25). Thus, the capacity will continue to increase through the execution of 6 new high-speed tracks (26 to 31), so that in the final scenario the station will have 18 standard gauge tracks.<br \/>\n\u2022 Corporate office building for Adif and Adif AV and parking for the station.<br \/>\n\u2022 The new ventilation shaft of the existing P\u00edo XII road tunnel that passes under the station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The independence of the actions allows for a phased and flexible construction plan that can be implemented in line with the needs of the station and railway services, minimizing impacts on traffic and the surrounding area during the works.<\/p>\n<p>The actions included in Chamart\u00edn Ecosistema Abierto will continue those that Adif and Adif AV are executing to double the capacity of high-speed and the passenger hall, organize flows, facilitate connection with other urban transports, and maximize tracks and platforms intended for Cercan\u00edas and the
