VITORIA-BILBAO SECTION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the aim of reinforcing the safety of the railway tunnels on the Vitoria-Bilbao route of the Vitoria-Bilbao-San Sebasti\u00e1n-French border line, ADIF, through the joint venture formed by the construction companies NORTUNEL (50%) and GEOTUNEL (50%), and with the Technical Assistance in the work provided by the joint venture of the engineering companies ESTEYCO (60%) and TEAM Ingenier\u00eda (40%), is carrying out the construction of evacuation galleries that will run parallel to the main tunnel.
