During this session, both the ongoing remodeling works and the Open Ecosystem Chamart\u00edn UTE Remodeling project were analyzed. All of this is integrated within the new urban development of Madrid Nuevo Norte. <\/p>\n<p>The session featured participation from Juan Antonio Hermoso Mar\u00edn from ADIF Construction, Jorge Serrano, Technical Director of CREA Madrid Nuevo Norte, Carlos Garc\u00eda Ac\u00f3n, CEO of ESTEYCO, Ferm\u00edn V\u00e1zquez, Director of b720, and Myriam Pe\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez, General Director of the New General Plan Office of the Madrid City Council.<\/p>\n<p>Esteyco thanks the College of Civil Engineers for this initiative, allowing us to share with fellow professionals the visions of the
