The Awards of the San Telmo XII edition, awarded by the Demarcation of Galicia if the Association of Civil Engineers, Canals and Ports, has granted the first prize of the action HIGH SPEED ACCESS TO GALICIA, BRINGING TERRITORIES CLOSER TOGETHER, promoted by ADIF, as the best civil Engineering work executed in Galicia between 2020 and 2021.<\/p>\n
ESTEYCO has contributed to this project by providing technical assistance for the implementation of the Standard Gauge on the Taboadela – Ourense route, in which, along the 13 kilometers over which it was develop, it has been completely renewed the track superstructure (ballast, sleepers and rails), implementing the mixed gauge that allows the circulation of bot Iberian and international gauge trains, adapting the layout to homogenize speeds and guaranteeing compliance with the gauges.<\/p>\n
