The world road Association (PIARC) and the technical road Association (ATC) organized the 2nd International Conference on the Operation and Safety of Road Tunnels and the VIII National Tunnel Symposium.<\/p>\n<p>Among the speakers was Carlos Garc\u00eda Ac\u00f3n, Esteyco CEO, presenting the project for the transformation of the new tunnel in Madrid.
