We have forged new approaches to tackling the infrastructure concept and project. In the engineering world we face structural deficits that we can and must overcome. Without ceasing to be ourselves, by including other professions and sensitivities. Architects are the first to extend our viewpoint. They know how to see and teach in complex environments and circumstances. Apart from everything we have learned about urban development and architecture, we are creating a new way of approaching infrastructure.
