DETAIL DESIGN OF THE CIVIL WORKS. DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF THE GEOTECHNICAL SURVEY. SHORT CIRCUIT STUDIES

Don José Solar Plant has a nominal power of 237 MWp and it is located in Ranchos “Quinta Quinto” and “San José” in the Municipality of San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, Mexico.

ESTEYCO has carried out the following Works:

  • Design and execution of the geotechnical survey. Geotechnical report.
  • Detailed engineering of the internal and the access roads.
  • Full hydrological Study. Study of inundability and evaluation of the hydrological risks. Detailed design of the drainage.
  • Calculation and design of the inverter cabin foundations.
  • Ground electrical and thermal resistivity survey.
  • Grounding system study.
  • Short circuit study, complying with the following reference standards: ANSI/IEEE 399, ANSI/IEEE 141 and ANSI/IEEE 55

TIZIMIN WIND FARM

CLIENT: SIEMENS GAMESA/SMARTENER
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND BRACED FOUNDATION DETAIL DESIGN

ESTEYCO has developed the braced precast concrete foundations – a system exclusively developed and patented by ESTEYCO – for 36 positions in Tizimín Wind Farm for SIEMENS GAMESA. All wind turbines are G114-2.1 MW HH124+5m IIIA.
This Wind Farm is located in Yucatán State, in México.

ESTEYCO has also carried out the Technical Assistance in the construction of foundations, developing the following tasks:

Geotechnical Validation of the WTG positions.

Construction process analysis from the early phases focusing in works and timing optimization.

Fast and agile answer to those problems, of any kind, that may be arise.

Specifications and requirements to ensure correct development of the project.

BANZI WIND FARM (30MW), KAYATHAR WIND FARM (6MW) AND SAN JACINTO WIND FARM (20MW)

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND BRACED FOUNDATIONS DETAIL DESIGN

ESTEYCO has developed the braced precast concrete foundations – a system exclusively developed and patented by ESTEYCO – for 3 locations in Kayathar Wind Farm (India) for Gamesa, 15 positions in Banzi Wind Farm (Italy) for Gamesa and 10 positions in San Jacinto Wind Farm (Mexico) for Aldesa. All the wind farms have G97 HH104 m 2MW and G97 HH90m 2MW IIA wind turbines.

ESTEYCO has also carried out the Technical Assistance in the construction of foundations, carrying out the following tasks:

  • Geotechnical Validation of the WTG positions.
  • Development and design of tools and equipment in order to ease the works.
  • Construction process analysis from the early phases focusing in works and timing optimization.
  • Fast and agile answer to those problems, of any kind, that may be arise.
