ESTEYCO WINS THE 2024 IAA INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE AWARD FOR THE REMODELING OF CHAMARTIN STATION

We are proud to announce that ESTEYCO, as a member of the UTE Chamartín Ecosistema Abierto, has received an award in Athens in the category of “Bridges and infrastructure” accompanied by members of ADIF and CREAMNN, and the rest of the UTE teams: UNStudio and b720.
The Chamartín Station remodeling project, selected from among 850 participants, has been the winner of the International Architecture Awards 2024, organized by “The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design” and “The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies”.
The new Chamartín Station operating in tandem with Atocha will become the main railway hub in Spain and will be an icon of sustainable mobility in Europe. The station will also form part of the heart of the new urban development of Madrid Nuevo Norte, which will transform the north of Madrid and is one of the most ambitious urban projects in Europe.
