Esteyco has been awarded a contract to provide comprehensive technical support to the Subdirectorate General for Projects and Works, covering everything from project supervision and analysis to construction monitoring and drafting of new initiatives. The work is structured into three main activity areas:

• Supervision of Projects and Preliminary Designs: Esteyco will carry out monitoring, verification, and the preparation of preliminary reports as part of the phased dynamic supervision process for layout and construction projects, as well as preliminary designs commissioned by the Subdirectorate General for Projects and Works.
• In the field of construction: The contract includes tasks related to the management and quality control of new infrastructure construction and improvement works. It also involves technical monitoring and financial control of the works, including incident management and supervision of final project documentation and certifications.
• Project drafting: Esteyco’s team will draft complementary initiatives aimed at improving road safety, protecting vulnerable users, enhancing connectivity, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Additionally, they will update previously drafted projects—both technically and financially—within the scope of the Subdirectorate General for Projects and Works, adapting them to current regulations and pricing. Projects requiring subdivision into smaller sections for budgetary or operational reasons will also be handled, ensuring execution without needing the original authors’ involvement.

With this award, Esteyco strengthens its position as a strategic technical partner of the General Directorate of Roads.
