IÑIGO DE LA SERNA, SPANISH MINISTER OF DEVELOPMENT VISITS THE GUARGA VIADUCT IN CALDEARENAS
Last 21st May 2018, Mr. Iñigo de la Serna, Spanish Minister of Development, visited the viaduct over the Guarga river located in the Caldearenas – Lanave section in A-23 dual carriageway.
In his speech, he highlighted the structural and aesthetic features of such a magnificent viaduct built over the Guarga River. This viaduct was designed by Mr. Javier Rui-Wamba who was congratulated by the Minister himself.
