José Serna García-Conde was awarded with the prize of the Young Highlighted MSc Civil Engineer by the Madrid Civil Engineers Official Association for his important contribution to the world of Engineering.

Madrid Civil Engineers Official Association, on its 9th edition of the 2016 awards, awards the prize to MSC Civil Engineer highlighting professional by background, innovative contributions in construction projects, relevant research projects or the participation in singular works or with great social reference in the civil Engineering Area.

José Serna García-Conde, has been involved in engineering projects and construction management of all kinds, since he obtain his degree with excellent qualifications in 2001, he has worked in fascinating projects related with wind energy and has been promoting pioneering offshore wind tower solutions, gravity anchored and floating towers conceding the attention of the European Union. All of the above has made him worthy of the Madrid Civil Engineers Official Association recognition.

The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday 29th November at 7:00 pm in the Gabriela Mistral Amphitheater of the Casa de América in Madrid.
